Teeth whitening only works on NATURAL TEETH, here’s what you need to know.

Teeth whitening will not change the color of crowns, veneers and fillings. It only works on natural teeth. Over the counter products, by law, cannot exceed 6% hydrogen peroxide and are significantly weaker compared with dentist prescribed whitening agents. For healthy teeth, the sensitivity experienced during teeth whitening is transient and reversible but be sure to follow your dentist’s instructions. You can temporarily bleach your gums.
